The New Tungsten Carbide is much better at wear resistance

Congratulations on new tungsten carbide development which is much better at wear resistance made by L-Angel Carbide Tools Limited in Nov., 2013.

Carbide material is an alloy of a refractory hard metal compound and a metal formed by bonding a powder metallurgy process. Carbide owns high hardness, wear resistance, strength and toughness, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and a series of excellent performance, especially its high hardness and wear resistance, even at a temperature of 500 ℃ was also essentially unchanged, at 1000℃ still very high hardness. Carbide is widely used as a tool material, such as turning, milling, planer, drill, boring bar, for cutting cast iron, non-ferrous metals, plastics, chemical fiber, graphite, glass, stone and ordinary steel, and can also be used to cut difficult-to-cut workpiece, such as stainless steel, harden tempered steel, and cast iron. Compared with previous common carbide material, the new carbide blank grade can boost the wear resistance to prolong the tool life of carbide inserts and at the same time can boost the working efficiency by boosting cutting speed.
